Estimated Delivery Times

• After your order is processed, the estimated delivery times are:
  • Germany: 2 to 4 business days
  • EU: 2 to 8 business days
  • International: 3 to 10 business days
    

Shipping Rates & Destinations

We currently ship Germany, the EU, the UK, the USA, and Canada. We are working to expand our list of shipping destinations, so if you do not see your country listed, feel free to contact us for more information.

Our shipping rates are as follows:

• Germany: €3.99, with free standard shipping on orders over €30.
• EU: €9.99, with free standard shipping on orders over €60.
• UK: €13.99, with free standard shipping on orders over €60.
• USA & Canada: €24.99, with free standard shipping on orders over €80.

Delivery costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Missing or Lost Packages

• If your package is missing or hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at info@timelockedprints.com. We are happy to assist you in locating your parcel and resolving any issues.

Taxes & Import Duties

• For orders outside of the EU, please note that local taxes, duties, or import fees may apply upon delivery. The buyer is responsible for any additional charges that may be imposed by the destination country.
